• What: DISNEYLAND TRIP  for El Centro Trojans Youth Football & Cheer participants. 
• Date: Saturday, December 2, 2023.
• Special Discounted Pricing FOR EL CENTRO TROJANS PARTICIPANTS (Registered Kids) ONLY: $29 Off / Price is $140 (for the EC Trojans Kids)
• Football Division Only: This is a non-mandatory fundraiser. Football Division parents don't have to go to Disneyland, and don't have to participate for our Krispy Kreme Fundraiser. This is designed to help parents offset their costs. 
• Cheer Division: This is mandatory.
• Tickets: We will purchase the EC Trojans discounted tickets via our link that Disney gave us. They will then Fed Ex the tickets, and we issue you them once we receive them. 
• Doughnut Pick Up: Krispy Kreme will deliver the boxes to our organization on 10/3/2023. This does not apply to the digital cards since they will redeem them at any store. 

• Can parents, other adults, and other non-EC Trojans kids go to Disneyland on December 2, 2023 as well? YES, but you must pay full retail pricing of $169 via Disney's regular online ticket purchasing website. 

• Disney only granted us 150 EC Trojans Kids, Coaches, and Board Member discounted tickets.
• PRIORITY GOES TO THE EC TROJANS REGISTERED KIDS, then Coaches and Board Members in that sequence if available.
• If we run out, then Coaches and/or Board Members must purchase their Disney Tickets at regular pricing.

• $20 per box
• $10/50% goes to Krispy Kreme
• $10/ 50% goes to kid account
• Online Only: Merchant CC Processing Fee

• Disneyland Tickets: $140 for EC Trojans child, and $169 for adults. You can fundraise to cover your family's ticket expense
• Gas: $150 
• Food: $300
• Anything over this financial cap will go to the EC Trojans General Fund. 

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL
• NO REFUNDS
• NO EXCHANGES
• NO TRANSFERRING
• If child/ parent/ and/or other group members decide to not go for WHATEVER REASON, there shall be NO REFUNDS, ETC. 
• Any adult and/or non-EC Trojans registered person who decides to fundraise so as to help offset their Disneyland trip must turn in all monies to the EC Trojans organization. We will purchase the tickets. 

To our dear purchaser, THANK YOU. We as an organization believe in inclusion which means we are aware of the possibility of financial distress for our families. Therefore, we are offering our parents an option of fundraising so as to help offset their out of pocket costs. 

Process:

• Step 1: Purchaser orders and pays
• Step 2: EC Trojans will process the order via their link that Krispy Kreme has provided
• Step 3: Purchaser via email shall receive a redeemable virtual certificate of a dozen doughnuts that can be used at any Krispy Kreme store with the exception of Connecticut and Puerto Rico. 
• THEY NEVER EXPIRE.
•  Please note the Digital Dozens are not redeemable for online purchases, or for pickup or delivery of bulk product orders.
